Cancellations: Your business is valued and we appreciate your cooperation. We make a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refuse all other requests once you have made the appointment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments, including gift certificate sessions. You may be charged up to the full amount of the session booked if notice is not given 24 hours in advance, or forfeit the gift certificate value. Missed or no-show appointment will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked, or forfeit the gift certificate value.  

Cell Phones: Please silence cell phones while in our facility.

Discounts: Only one discount applies per visit. A discount cannot be combined with a gift certificate or spa gift card.

Gift Certificates/Prepaid Packages or Multiples Packages: Gift certificates or prepayments are non-refundable but are transferrable.

Gratuities, unless prepaid, cannot be deducted from Gift Certificate balances. Please note that SpFinder, SpaWish, and Joy of Spa gift cards or certificates are for SERVICES OR PRODUCTS ONLY.

Late Arrivals: Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time; after that it is assumed you are a "no-show" and the remainder of the time is released. Late arrivals, up to 15 minutes, will receive the balance of the time remaining and will be charged for the full appointment.

Prepaid Multiples Packages apply only to the service purchased and cannot be combined with other services.

Product Returns: We accept unopened products within ten days of purchase, with receipt, for a cash refund. Opened products returned within ten days of purchase and with receipt receive a store credit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
