Relax ~ de-stress ~ revive ~ support ~ renew. A customized blend of essential oils is applied to soothe the body by bringing the body and mind into balance. Essential oils are absorbed through the skin while the aromatic effects of your blend balance the mind and emotions through the sense of smell.                                               60 minutes - $80

 MOTHER MASSAGE(R)

As an expectant or new mom, you may feel worried, anxious, and/or stressed as your body undergoes many changes. Massage is a perfect way to reduce stress and promote well-being. Mother Massage(R) certified therapists use a mixture of Swedish body massage, lymphatic drainage, and pressure point techniques. to promote relaxation and peace.                                                                                                                        60 minutes - $80 

 HOT STONE

Full body massage using smooth riverbed basalt stones and warm oil to create a calming and unique spa treatment.                                                                                                                          90 minutes - $100 | 60 minutes - $80

 FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Walk on clouds! Begin with an herbal foot bath. Reflexology addresses the needs of the entire body through gentle, targeted pressure applied to the feet. Wonderful for people with chronic health challenges and for overall stress reduction.

 POLARITY THERAPY

Session combines sound healing, quartz crystals, and gentle energy balancing techniques to promote inner peace, restore well-being, and reduce anxiety. Initial energy-awareness interview at the beginning of each session helps you define your specific issues and determine the areas of support (mental, emotion, physical, spiritual, psychic) you'd like addressed. Session is done while you are fully clothed.

 REIKI

Used in hospitals, this ancient touch healing system helps you manage pain, facilitate healing, and promote inner peace. Gentle hand positions facilitate energy flow. This soothing session is done while you are fully clothed. Reiki means "Universal Life Force."

 EAR CANDLING

Age-old "home remedy", ear candling helps remove debris from the ear canal. Cone-shaped candles made from linen soaked in beeswax are inserted into the ear opening. Once the end of the candle is lit, it acts as a light vacuum and begins to pull out debris from the ear. Said to relieve sinus pressure. Very relaxing! Allow 15 minutes per candle. Two candles per ear are recommended for your initial visit.
